It’s March. How are your New
Year’s resolutions holding up?
That good, huh?
Don’t berate yourself too much if
you haven’t stuck to your resolutions
as diligently as you hoped you would.
It generally takes three months for
a new habit to “stick.” So if you’ve
gone off your diet or sloughed off on
your exercise routine, shake it off and
try it again. Be sure to set reasonable
goals and reward yourself when you
reach them.
Every issue of Health & Wellness
magazine is designed to help you
think about ways you can improve
your personal health and wellness.
Our articles strive to provide you
with the latest information about
nutrition, exercise, food and disease
prevention and treatment. This
issue looks at modern day diseases.
Sometimes it may seem as though
new and exotic diseases that appear
incurable are popping up at alarming
rates. But scientists and doctors
are working hard to come up with
innovations to combat these diseases
and help us live long and healthy
lives. We can all do our part by eating
a healthy diet, exercising, getting
regular check-ups, watching our
weight, quitting smoking and having
a positive attitude. In other words –
stick to your resolutions. And count
on Health & Wellness to give you the
encouragement and information you
need to do so.
Here’s to your Health & Wellness,
