Shake Up That Exercise Routine Get Out of Town and Hit the Slopes We may not live close enough to any ski slopes to enjoy a daily run all winter long, but that doesn’t mean you can’t head up to Indiana at the weekends. You can rent equipment for skiing or snowboarding if you don’t have your own, and classes are available for beginners. Don’t worry about falling over; that’s half the fun. And if spending the day in the snow isn’t enough to bring out your inner child, finish the day off with some time on the tubing run.
