Ommm
If you tried yoga once and didn’t like
it, consider giving it another try. There
are many different types of yoga class
and you may just need to find the one
that’s right for you. While some prefer
the invigorating challenge of a Bikram
hot yoga class, performed in a heated
room, others prefer a gentler, more
contemplative style. Whichever style
you choose, you’ll experience a range
of health benefits, including greater
flexibility, lowered blood pressure, and
a stronger core. Classes are widely available throughout town.

We may not live close enough to any
ski slopes to enjoy a daily run all winter
long, but that doesn’t mean you can’t
head up to Indiana at the weekends.
You can rent equipment for skiing or
snowboarding if you don’t have your
own, and classes are available for beginners. Don’t worry about falling over;
that’s half the fun. And if spending the
day in the snow isn’t enough to bring
out your inner child, finish the day
off with some time on the tubing run.
