Low-Carb:
One Size Does Not
Fit All
By Charles Sebastian
As we approach the halfway mark
for 2014, the diet craze continues,
with people searching for the best
answer for their particular makeup
and design. Low-fat, low-calorie,
low-carb, and the plethora of other

martial arts, and being a massage
therapist. Activity-wise, I’ve always
had it in spades. Yet, I remained desperately overweight.
Two years ago I tried a low-carb
lifestyle, as I was just about resolved
to my plump condition. Forty pounds
fell off in 3-4 months. I couldn’t
believe it. For whatever reason, my
genetics seem to respond best to lowcarb. Meats, cheeses, most veggies
and some fruits…my body loves it.
