The percentages of unsuccessfully implemented initiatives ranged from approximately 1-11 %. The most reported unsuccessful implemented activity was developing an integrated provider onboarding process across multiple departments ( 10.6 %), a decrease from the 2020 results ( 11.4 %).
Ratings of non-attempted initiatives were almost identical to the 2020 results , ranging from approximately 12-38 % in both 2020 and 2021 . Over one-third ( 37.5 % in 2020 , 37.6 % in 2021 ) of respondents the last two years indicated that the non-provider credentialing services for employees activity was not attempted . The remainder of the initiatives clustered together below 27 %.
