The following table highlights the full range of respondent ratings associated with the Centralization and Enterprise Standardization initiative . The percentages of unsuccessful implementation ranged from approximately 3-10 %. The activity that was rated the most unsuccessful was standardizing privileging criteria , forms , and core privileges across the enterprise at 9.6 %. Improving slightly from last year , standardization has consistently been the most unsuccessfully implemented activity in this initiative over the last four years ( 8.6 % in 2018 , 7.5 % in 2019 , 11.1 % in 2020 ). Of the initiatives that were not attempted for implementation ( ranging from approximately 13-27 %), approximately a quarter of respondents said they did not attempt to implement the integration of Provider Enrollment activities within their MSO ( s ) or CVO ( 26.9 %), a centralized or regional MSO to support multiple facilities ( 24.7 %), or a centralized or regional CVO separate from their MSO ( 24.4 %).
