The results remained similar to the previously conducted surveys , with a continued increase in those who reported they were extremely satisfied ( from 17.5 % in 2018 to 22.2 % in 2019 to 23.9 % in 2020 to 26.1 % in 2021 ). While there was little change in those who reported they were very satisfied , there was a decrease in those who indicated they were only somewhat satisfied ( from 30.2 % in 2019 to 29.5 % in 2020 down to 21.9 % in 2021 ). Those who reported dissatisfaction increased this year ( from 2.5 % in 2019 to 2.0 % in 2020 up to 5.5 % in 2021 ) and there was negligible change in those who reported “ don ’ t know .” The following table shows the collected results from the last five years :
