Survey Methodology
HealthStream conducted a survey entitled “ Our Healthcare Industry : Past , Present and Future ” during April of 2021 . A survey of 14 questions was emailed to healthcare leaders throughout the U . S . with a title of Manager or Director or higher . Up to four email attempts were made to reach each potential participant over a two-week period . Some 913 leaders responded , representing an overall response rate of 30 %
