SIMPLE GREEN SMOOTHIES
I ' m all for a healthy popsicle all day every day … why not?!
I love how you can take any of our green smoothie recipes and transform them into smoothie bowls or popsicles just like that. Super easy and keeps the healthy plant-based eating foundation going on.
This popsicle recipe is from our Fresh Start Spring Cleanse and is loaded with healthy fats and fiber … which should become your new BFFs( if they aren ' t already). Avocado and coconut have beautiful amounts of healthy fats in them naturally, which is why I like to blend with them. Healthy fats help our digestive system, our skin and our hydration levels as well— and all of this translates into glowing clear skin. So let ' s get blending!
