Stretching is actually essential

Stretching, according to a scientific study, helps in maintaining a healthy life. It is usually done before and after exercising and is known to be done, in order for the person not to have strained muscles or undergo extreme pain in their joints. Personally, this should be a staple in P.E. classes and its benefits should be taught to the students, for them to appreciate it. Regularity of muscle stretching aids muscle health and joint health, ultimately having a good effect on healthy living.
