Physical activity is not limited to exercise, but also sports. This is where rules have been laid down, and the game asks for players who are efficient in a certain area. It promotes discipline and skills, which are usually innate in a person, but there is still room for improvement, so it is strongly suggested to test out any kind of sport, one of which that is suitable to the abilities the person has. Even injured students (or adults) have sports they can try, such as swimming, cycling, among many others. It wholly depends on the drive of the person.

Now that you know more about fitness, it would be solely appreciated and recommended to try out activities involving fitness. If you are fit, you are truly healthy mentally, emotionally, and physically.
