3. Good health:

A good health is the pillar of every healthy body. For that, we must go to the doctor to solve our problems, from a small sprain to others problems in our organism. This will allow us to solve our discomforts and they will not be an impediment to have a healthy body. However, having

good health also includes having good mental health. We must think positively and have good attitudes in our life.

Having depression or any other type of mental illness can be a determining factor for not be in fit. Therefore, in that case, we should go to a psychologist or lean on our loved ones, like our friends or family.
