INGREDIENTS:

215.5 ounce beans cannellini beans,rinsed 2 gralic cloves,smashed

1 pin grape tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red papper

4 sprins fresh thyme, 2 tablespoons olive oil

4 springs fresh Kosher salt and black pepper

8 bone in skin on chicken thighs 9

(about 3 pounds total)

DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 425 F. In a 9 by 13 inch (or some other large) baking dish toss the beans and tomatoes with the thyme and oregano springs, garlic,red papper, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black papper.

Pat the chicken dry and place on top of the bean mixture with the skin side up. Rub with the remaining tablespood of oil; season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black papper.

Roast until the chicken is golden and cooked through, 35 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with the oregano leaves

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup maple syrup 1/8 teaspoon ground black papper

2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 pound salmon

1 clove garlic, minced

DIRECTIONS: In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt and papper

Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish , and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or easily flaked with a fork.
