How long will I need to study?
You will be awarded one credit for a minimum of ten
hours of study, including lectures, seminars, assignments,
project work and private study. Taught postgraduate
awards usually take one year to complete if studied
full-time, two or more years when studied part-time.
Higher degrees by research usually take two years for an
MPhil, whilst a PhD or Professional Doctorate takes at
least three years.
