CHALLENGES
SOLUTIONS
Despite an ideal layout and an enthusiastic manager, with
good support from the owner, this pharmacy faced a
number of challenges in attempting to execute its goals.
A structured approach to improving team
functionality
A SWOT analysis conducted with the PSA coach identified
leadership in the dispensary as a weakness. This was
occurring as a result of the owner not always being
rostered in the dispensary, or working on “back office”
tasks while no one was delegated this responsibility.
