This pharmacy found that their focus on increasing
consumer engagement by the pharmacists had a range
of add-on benefits in terms of confidence, leadership and
performance.
They were able to improve their performance in a number of other areas, and better
coordinate all their activities. The pharmacy has since been recognised for their efforts,
receiving an award from their banner group.

Financial gains from an increased consumer focus
