Jonathan Seghorn, PMHNP
Range of Services: As a psychiatric mental health Nurse Practitioner serving adults( 18 years or older), Seghorn treats patients for mental health conditions, ranging from temporary grief and adjustment disorders, to more chronic conditions, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. What Sets His Apart: He uses the knowledge from his personal experience, along with supportive therapy and mindfulness, to help enhance the effectiveness of the medications he prescribes. Education: Seghorn graduated with a Master of Science in nursing from Yale University School of Nursing in 2009. Avinash Deshpande, MD
Scope of Services: Dr. Deshpande serves patients in the St. Martin Parish area from birth through 18 years of age. Although he treats all of the various issues presented by his patients, he has a special interest in childhood ADHD, asthma and obesity. Education: Dr. Deshpande graduated from Topiwala National Medical College, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, in Bombay, India in 1989. He then went on to complete his pediatric residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan in 1998. Certifications: He is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Tasha Benjamin, DDS, Dental Director
As Dental Director of ICCHC and its 6 satellite sites, Dr. Benjamin provides Range of Services: General dentistry with comprehensive examinations for children( ages 6 months and older) and adults, including pregnant patients and patients with extensive medical histories. Services include, but are not limited to, cleanings, fillings, extractions and oral cancer screenings. Urgent appointments are welcomed. What Sets Her Apart: Dr. Benjamin strives to alleviate dental anxiety and promote patients’ comfort through individualized care. Oral and systematic health education is a daily priority with her interactions with patients and within the community. She prides herself on providing quality dental care to everyone.
