Consequently, death no longer has dominion over Him (Romans 6:9). Therefore because you died with Him and resurrected with Him, you have passed from death to life. Death no longer has dominion over you for Jesus Christ in His death and resurrection has delivered you from the power, authority and dominion of death and brought you safe into the kingdom of life where death has no power and authority.
Beloved, God has set you free forever from the bondage of death via Christ. This is your legal ground spiritually to ward off the angel of death from your life and your family. In Christ Jesus you have conquered the angel of death or spiritual assassins. He doesn’t have power to cut your life short. It is written: “When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. But he laid his right hand upon me, saying, “Fear not, I am the first and the last, and the living one; I died, and behold I am alive for evermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades.” (Revelation 1:17-18)
See, Jesus your Lord and Head has the keys of death and hell in His hands. It is He who has the power of death now for He has destroyed him who had the power of death before (Heb.2:14). As a child of God, it is He who has the power to take you out of this world not a witch, or wizard or spiritual assassins like herbalist, spiritualists, etc. That is why you shouldn’t be afraid of the threat of the enemies or any witch doctor that has said that he would kill you. They don’t have that power over you if you are in Christ Jesus.
Behold, you have passed from death to life, therefore death and its agents have no power over you anymore.
Therefore I make a decree concerning you that any power or evil personality working death in your body or against you die in your place in Jesus name for it is written that because you are precious in my eyes, and honoured and I loved you, I give men in return for you peoples in exchange for your life (Isaiah 43:4). Therefore I command every spiritual assassin on assignment you to fall down and die in the name of Jesus. I command every arrow of death fired against you to come out of your body now in Jesus name. I cancel every appointment with untimely death and grave in Jesus name for thus says the LORD of hosts: “your covenant with death will be annulled and your assignment and your agreement with the grave will not stand (Isaiah 29:18)
Therefore any covenant or agreement with death and grave made on your behalf by the wicked or you made yourself out of ignorance, I decree that they are void and null now in Jesus name. I break the power of death over your life and family, in Jesus name. I command anything planted in your body to kill you gradually to catch divine fire and be burnt to ashes, in Jesus name.
Friends, if you are not born again, you need Jesus the Giver of life in your life to escape death. Why? Because your name is in the book of death and it has to be transferred to the book of life so that you can live. See, as long as your name is in the book of death, death has power and authority over you. That is why you have to come out of the kingdom of death and come to the kingdom of life where the conqueror of death and grave is Lord, Head and King. Today is the day to get your name out of the book of death by accepting Jesus as your Saviour and Lord. Pray this prayer aloud wherever you are: Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. I recognize myself today as a sinner that needs your mercy, I now ask that you forgive me all my sins and wash me clean in the blood of the Lamb of God. I take you at your word. I confess that Jesus is Lord and I believe in my heart that you raised Him from the dead. Thank you for coming into my heart, for giving me your Holy Spirit as you have promised, and for being my Lord. Amen
