It is obvious from the pages of the scripture that God and His angels cannot do anything on earth without man. The reason is because the earth is man’s domain and that is why God is in business of searching for men who are need and assignment conscious.
In other words, God and His angels are absolutely depending on you to make things happen in the world. You are God’s hands to reach the world. You are God’s solution to the problem of your world.
As a child of God, God your Father wants you to see beyond yourself and your personal needs. He doesn’t want you to be self-centered like the people of the world. He wants you to be others-centered and need- conscious. He wants your dreams and plans to be global i.e. beyond your own world. It is written: “Therefore take no thought, saying, what shall we eat? Or, what shall we drink? Or wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after these things do the gentiles seek :) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye need of all these things” (Matthew 6:32-33)
In essence, God is saying that don’t be like the people of the world or beggars that care only for what they will eat, drink and wear. By that scripture God is saying that your existence and living on earth is more than food and raiment. It is written: “And he said unto them, take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things he possesseth; and also the life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment “(Luke 12:15, 23).
In other words, life is beyond material acquisition. Life is not about acquisition but about impartation. If you are not imparting the world positively, you are wasting!
Beloved, praying for things that will be consumed only by you as a king and priest is limiting you before God. God expects more from you. Your thoughts and dreams should be to have a kingdom. It is written: “Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom” (Luke 12:32).
In essence, God wants to give you a kingdom and you must cultivate kingdom mentality. Praying and thinking like beggar brings limitation upon your life and destiny. God wants you to reign on earth with Him. He wants the world to experience His kingdom through you right now in the world.
That is, He wants to do big things through you. He wants to give the world hope through you. He wants to provide jobs for the jobless through you. He wants to provide homes for the homeless for the homeless through you. He wants you to be a hope to the hopeless, eyes to the blind, ears to the deaf, mouth to the dumb and legs to the lame. He wants you to be a rain on people’s desert.
You have to understand that the government of the world was not designed by God to succeed but to fail and that is why you, as a God’s child, are God’s solution to the problem of the world. You are an extension of His kingdom on earth. You are God’s headquarter on earth. That is why; God cannot say NO to any big dream that is kingdom- and people-centered.
Therefore dare to dream big, think big, plan big and ask big, God can’t say NO to your big plan, dream and request to affect the world positively. Stop thinking like a beggar; asking like a beggar; planning like a beggar and dreaming like a beggar. Your Daddy owns the universe!
Do you know that your life can change now? The issues of your life can become a discussion in heaven today if you will react positively to this message. All it will take you is to change your thoughts to His thoughts and your prayers to His kind of prayers like Father, make me a blessing to millions and give me seeds to sow. Father, bless me is self-centered prayer while make me a blessing is kingdom- and people-centered prayer. The latter prayer point will open the windows of heaven on your life for overflowing blessings whereas the former will bring you a blessing for the now that will make you to pray more ‘bless me’ prayers.
You have fasted and prayed enough for vanities, now is the time to pray for substance. If you want God to set His eyes on you for good, you have got to pray His vision and plan for your life.
My beloved, what will remain with you here after is your divine connection with your Maker and if you don’t have it, you will be miserable eternally. The greatest crime against your own soul is to live all your life on earth for pleasure not for Him who made you. Now is the time to surrender all to God and give Him your best i.e. your heart. Your heart is the greatest gift you can ever give to God not your money or anything else. If you want to do this today, say this prayer after me:
Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. I recognize myself today as a sinner that needs your mercy, I now ask that you forgive me all my sins and wash me clean in the blood of the Lamb of God. I take you at your word. I confess that Jesus is Lord and I believe in my heart that you raised Him from the dead. Thank you for coming into my heart, for giving me your Holy Spirit as you have promised, and for being my Lord. Amen
