agate with a little effort on the parent or careers part can be a miracle
worker.
When things first begin to escalate try this little exercise:
Ask the child to hold one piece of Blue Lace Agate in each hand. Ask them
to stand with their feet slightly apart well balanced and standing straight. If
preferred they could do this sitting crossed legged. Arms should be held a
little out from the sides with palms facing upwards and elbows bent. Ask the
child to close their eyes and take six deep slow breathes whilst gently
squeezing the stones. Then still with eyes closed ask them to think about
what it is they wish to say.
Spend a little time with them and be attentive to making sure they are
following instructions and know exactly what the purpose of the exercise is.
This is a few minutes of mindfulness and the younger the child starts to use
techniques like this to control their emotions the easier it will be for them to
actually have control over the emotions.
Blue Lace Agate is a great pacifier, give them blue lace agate one for each
hand. And teach them how to use it. Blue Lace Agate can be carried around
with you as a worry stone or worn as jewellery. The colour is heavenly and
there is a constant positive charge of energy released into your aura simply
by having it with you. Another great crystal for crystals for children.
If you're drawn to the Blue Lace Agate crystal, it's a sign that it's time
to go outside and look at a beautiful blue sky, the heavenly
atmosphere that bridges the gap between the physical world and the
spiritual realm.
Call on the powerful healing benefits of this special gemstone by
incorporating it into your daily meditation. Using the ancient Zen tradition,
set the mood for channeling this heavenly blue gemstone with a lit candle
flickering over a sacred space free of clutter and distractions. Cleanse the
area of any negative energetic debris—such as EMFs from electronics or
lingering bad vibes--by smudging the stones and room with a sage.
