From Fat to Fit.
The Science and Art of It
The ‘Girth’ of your stomach is directly proportionate to the dis-balance
in your emotions.
My days of awkward body balancing: My son was two year and I was
uncomfortable with my body weight and wanted to do something about it.
Did not know what, but I knew it for sure, some thing is missing somewhere
all diets, exercise program and everything had a gape somewhere and did
not know where.
Being a hypnotherapist I wanted to understand the reason inside our mind’s
capacity; and mean while struggling with some other life issues including
my, Son’s health and daughter’s dis-assimilation of sudden change due to
me not present to her as much as needed. Somewhere on the way, I
dropped my weight issue from my mind. Little did I know that I am doing the
best thing for myself.
What more I focused on being happy. Thinking that, Happiness will give me
strength to go on and issues will resolve themselves one by one with proper
action but I need to be happy first.
And that’s by far the best thing I did. And rest of what I did: Eventually as
Hypnotherapist and NLP master practitioner I find a reason behind the
process, that went on, in my body in connection with my emotions and my
food, overall - “Fitness”.
Then I applied it to my clients. It has been a great help in subconscious
suggestions under hypnotic trance, and conscious change. Results are
really good and amazing. So I am sharing it here, as my first hand
experience and very successful experiment later on. Great news any body
can apply that, with conscious efforts if you need them to be implemented in
Subconscious find a hypnotherapist.
