balance is restored and even severe trauma can be chased out of the
system.
From a breathing and collective social support point of view research shows
that when you control your breathing consciously, and breathe out more than
in, you are activating your parasympathetic nervous system, the relaxation
response. More research shows that when a flock of humans collectively
synchronise breathing there is a calming effect, a connection. This is what
happens when you sing the same song, in a choir, marching in the military or
working in a cotton field back in the days of work songs.
In short: Music Rocks. Music heals.

Please explain hypnotherapy in your words.
Every label is a box and facilitation is often about taking the client by the hand
and taking them on a walk outside their box. From one perspective I would
say that any facilitation process involving two people or more where part of
the process involves accessing a state of mind where intuitive thinking and
dream logic are stronger and critical thinking steps aside for this to happen is
something that will involve hypnosis, and can as such, be called
hypnotherapy. An incredible state and shared space for facilitating change.
