First Aid. I love Tapping because anybody can use it for themselves or to
assist others. You only need the willingness to reach in to yourself or/and to
assist others. And since TTT does not require talking about your

groups.
4. What other things do you incorporate with this healing methods ?
We incorporate anything that works and can be taught without prior training.
In our trainings we teach people breathing techniques, simplified versions of
Self-Havening and TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique), humming, singing,
Do-In, Blow –Out, some qigong movements etc. So if you have more
suggestions please let us know ☺

symptoms. “
He also said: “ We should go to the forgotten places and help the most
vulnerable people.” This has become our motto in the Peaceful Heart
Network that me and my colleague Ulf Sandström started a couple of years
later.
