I was working as a human resources professional, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. As rewarding as my career was, it did not nourish my soul. 3. How your experience of (That Profession) helps in your healing ability? Does it specify any do's or don'ts for you. I worked in such high demand and high stress environments. It made me very aware of the need to take care of ones' well-being...to take the time to be in nature, to meditate, to read, to have fun and not take life so seriously. I wasn't always successful in taking care of myself all the time, but I learned a lot about the need for balance through this experience. This is why I incorporate mindfulness into my hypnosis sessions. 4. How do you see hypnotherapy and Akashic Record as a tool of healing? Please explain I use both modalities and some clients have experienced both hypnosis and the Akashic Records. Both modalities can provide understanding of the genesis of an issue and can transform the experience and a client's perspective of the issue. Sometimes I incorporate hypnosis techniques into my Akashic Records sessions and vice versa. 5. How do you incorporate various healing methods with hypnotherapy? I use the Akashic Records as both a stand alone modality and as one that I incorporate with other modalities. When I'm doing a spiritual hypnosis session with a client, I like to access or open their Akashic Records first so they have a 29
