Stress Management These days it is very common to hear the term ‘stress’ in relation to a human in any circumstance. Be it a student, housewife, corporate executive, government employee or even a pensioned person. Before we look at ‘how we can handle stress in a very simple manner’, let us first recognize its symptoms and then fully understand ‘what is meant by stress’.
