The standard professional terms for a search assignment undertaken by Heads! is 33.3 % of the first year’ s gross annual taxable remuneration.
This is payable in three stages as follows: i) A retainer fee of a 1 / 3 of the total estimated fee will be invoiced when the assignment is authorised.
ii) A shortlist fee of a 1 / 3 of the total estimated fee will be invoiced 30 days after the assignment has been formally authorised.
iii) A completion fee of the balance of the total fee will be payable 60 days after the start of the engagement.
