CAST
Caroline Harbord (Celia Wallis)
Caroline has always been a huge fan of the theatre but is
usually to be found on the other side of the curtain. She
joined Huntingdon Drama Club in 2005, and helped run
publicity for “From Mafeking to the Millennium”. Expecting
to be more in a minor role for her first role with the club,
she is thrilled with the director’s faith in her acting abilities.
Michael Black (Martin Powell)
Last year, Michael directed the Club's two main
productions - Noël Coward's 'Fallen Angels' and 'From
Mafeking to the Millennium' (which he and Ann Monk
compiled). He's now enjoying the chance to act again,
particularly as he rarely gets angry offstage. His next
performance will be in the chorus of Dragoons, in the
SIMADS production of Gilbert and Sullivan's 'Patience'.
Mark Lamberth (Neville Smallwood)
Australian born and now living in England. This will be his
second casting with the drama club having performed in
Noël Coward’s “Fallen Angels” last year. Having played
the jealous husband and then appearing as Charles I in
“Kings & Liberties” (and not losing his head) he now moves
from the serious to the oddball in this, the drama club’s
latest production.
Kevin Webb (DI Bruton)
Kevin started amateur dramatics at school and has since
been in local theatre groups including one in the RAF.
Three years ago Kevin re-entered the fray starting in panto
and recently in “Kings & Liberties” and “From Mafeking to
the Millennium”. In the near future Kevin will be starring as
a priest in Shakespeare at the George, in a play on a local
Radio station, and hopefully in Huntingdon Drama Club’s
autumn play and Panto once again.
