Preparing Your iPad for Sending Files
iPad apps handle files within the software which created them.
For this reason, it is necessary to use email to share files.
FirstClass cannot be used to send files because the software that
created the file must be used to send the file. For example, a
Pages document must be sent using Pages. For this reason, Gaggle should be used for document and file sharing.
WHY NOT USE A PERSONAL EMAIL? Federal regulations and state
law require that business email be archived. In order to facilitate this,
Gaggle will be used. If you have set up a personal email on your iPad,
please delete this email account first. Set up your Gaggle account, and
then you can add your other account(s) back to the iPad.

The IMAP button should be highlighted in blue. If not, press
IMAP to change it to blue.

Under Incoming Mail Server, enter the following:

BEFORE STARTING THIS PROCESS: Ensure you know your Gaggle username and password.
Setting Up Gaggle for File Sharing

Under Outgoing Mail Server, enter the following:

Go to Settings and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Host Name: smtp.gaggle.net

Under Accounts, select Add Account and choose Other.

Under Mail, select Add Mail Account.

Password: Your Gaggle password

Be patient. When it is finished, press Save.

11. Press your home button. Congratulations! Your Gaggle account
is now set up.
