6. 7. Your Program Facilitator has provided you with a list of enough codes to license each iPad in your cart. You only need to enter one code for each different app purchased for the cart. However, you must keep the list of codes to prove that each iPad in your cart is licensed for the purchased app(s). For example, if you have 30 iPads and 30 codes of Pages were purchased for your cart, you will only need to enter one of the 30 codes into this Redeem field within iTunes on the MacBook. When syncing occurs, the app will install on all 30 iPads. 6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 on each iPad in the cart. 7. You will only need to set up each iPad with this automatic sync setting (step 4) one initial time. 8. Now each time you download an app onto your MacBook and reconnect the USB, all iPads will receive any new apps. The app(s) will begin installing to the iTunes library on the MacBook after clicking Redeem. Make sure to check the progress bar in order to verify the download has started. Adding Downloaded Apps to All Cart iPads 1. Locate the list of iPads in the left-hand navigation bar in iTunes. (If you do not see this navigation sidebar, go to View and choose Show Sidebar. 2. Click on the first listed iPad. 3. Click on the Apps button under the Apple. 4. Ensure the “Automatically sync new apps” is checked. 5. Click Apply. 48
