7. Priority: If reminders need to be ranked in order or priority, use this option. 8. Notes: Tap in the Notes field and type in any needed information associated with this item. 9. Item Details: If reminders are set with a specific notification date and time, the details will appear under the title of the Reminder. Also any urgent priority items will be designated by exclamation marks. 10.Deleting a List or Note: To delete a list, swipe from right to left on the name of the list. Tap Delete. Repeat this option for a list item, as well. 2. Calendar View: To switch between day, week, month or year view, tap the corresponding button at the top of the calendar. Scrolling up and down while in month or year view will access another time period. While in day or week view, scroll left or right to move through the calendar. 3. Calendars NOTES: Make sure the calendars you want to view and use are displayed in the Show Calendars list. If you are using the iCloud or any other personal calendars, you will have to manually select the desired calendar each time you add an event from your iPad. It is important to note that the iCloud calendar is completely separate from the other calendars and should not be used. Your FirstClass® Calendar or another personal calendar can be accessible in the Calendar app. 1. Adding an Event: To add an event to your iPad calendar, tap the “+” sign in the top right corner.
