Section CLE/Luncheon
on november 20, the Collaborative Law section hosted
a CLe regarding “Best Practices and tips for Collaborative
Divorce.” speakers Judge Wesley D. tibbals, Jessica felix
with felix, felix & Baseman, and shannon Ciesluk, CPa,
with CBiz mHm discussed the limits of confidentiality in
court files in collaborative cases, how to best utilize and
delegate to your neutral team members and facilitators,
and experiences in their collaborative cases.
