Bill Schifino – Gunster
congratulates William J. Schifino, Jr.,
who has been appointed to the
Judicial Qualifications Commission by
The Florida Bar for a six-year term.
The 15-member commission is
authorized to investigate complaints
against judges whose conduct
demonstrates a present unfitness
to hold office and recommends
disciplinary action to the Supreme
Court. The Florida Bar appoints
two members to the commission,
and the remaining members are
appointed by the governor.
Andre Sesler – Pennington,
P.A., is pleased to announce that
Andre Sesler has been elected to
shareholder. Sesler will continue to
focus his practice on the defense of
claims involving premises liability,
automobile negligence, property
damage, and a variety of insurance
