Luncheon/CLE
On February 25, the Workers’ Compensation
Law Section held a CLE on the subject of “Practice
and Professionalism.” The two speakers, Judge
Mark A. Massey and Judge Rita Young with the
Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims
(OJCC), provided an overview of the Department
of Administrative Hearings/OJCC and discussed
the importance of knowing and following the
60Q Rules, ethics and professionalism in everyday
practice, and timely completion of discovery.
