The Bar year of 2025- 2026 has been a busy one for the Criminal Law Section! We started out the year in September, co-chairing with the DEI Committee to hold the HCBA Law Student Networking Social. Young Lawyers Division. We had a fantastic turn-out with many law students thanking us for the event and our gracious HCBA hospitality.
In October, the Criminal Law Section hosted the HCBA Expungement Clinic. The event was conducted in partnership with the Tampa Hispanic Bar Association and supported by numerous community partners, including the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Clerk of Court; the Office of the Public Defender, Thirteenth
