These administrative orders and procedures generally require disclosure of the use of artificial intelligence and / or certification that practitioners have reviewed and verified the accuracy of filings and citations.
It remains to be determined how much more artificial intelligence will affect the legal profession. Regardless, reviewing substantive work for accuracy before filing will always be essential. n
