the appellate practice section hosted its annual CLe breakfast with the second district Court of appeal on february 5 at the Chester h. ferguson Law Center. the program featured a state of the Court update, presentations from court leadership and staff, and a panel discussion addressing per curiam of affirmances and appellate practice trends. the section thanks its distinguished speakers and moderators for their participation and extends appreciation to the breakfast sponsor, Lexisnexis.
