the Marital & family law Section hosted an informative luncheon on October 23 at the chester h. ferguson law center. the panel featured rachael rudin, Sarah kay, and Joan Montagno, with cory Brandfon serving as moderator. the speakers discussed practical techniques for handling high-conflict or emotionally dysregulated clients in mediation; common mistakes attorneys make during the mediation process and how to avoid them; and strategies that can improve outcomes while reducing impasses. thank you to our panelists for sharing their insight and to all attendees who joined us for this engaging program.
