HCBA Criminal Law Section Hosts Criminal Expungement Clinic
congratulations to the criminal law Section, which coordinated a successful criminal expungement clinic on October 25 at the chester ferguson law center. the clinic helped eligible citizens expunge criminal history records under Section 943.0585, fl Statutes. the event was free and open to all hillsborough county residents. volunteer attorneys, clerk’ s Office staff and law enforcement volunteers were on hand to help eligible citizens complete all aspects required of the fdle form. this event was hosted in association with the thBa, hawl, geBa and the tampa hillsborough homeless initiative( thhi).
