our members throughout the year. I am a partner in the Tampa office of Epstein Becker and Green, P. C., a national health and employment law super boutique, where I focus my practice on representing healthcare institutions in government enforcement actions and complex litigation. I previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Carol Mirando in the Fort Myers Division of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and for the Honorable Charles R. Wilson on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit here in Tampa. I greatly enjoy being active in our Tampa community and spending time with my husband and three children. I look forward to a productive and collaborative 2025 – 2026 bar year!
For this upcoming year, as your co-chairs, our goal is to lean on the skills, expertise and experience of our section members to address and discuss best practices within health care. As with many industries, health care has seen sweeping and complex changes over the last several months from a regulatory and legal standpoint. We hope to foster a dynamic and collaborative environment to understand and navigate these changes together. If you have any questions or want to learn more about the Health Care Law Section, please feel free to contact us, and we hope to see many of you at future events! n
