this past year in getting over 250 stuffed animals donated for our team of spirited elves to pass out at the local nursing home . And the elves were not just adults but included youngsters , even Girl Scouts ! Please be on the lookout later this fall regarding announcements and ways you can serve for this heartwarming event .
If you are looking to serve in the community , please consider joining us and attending our monthly Committee calls ( noticed via the HCBA ’ s emailed announcements ). From Trinity Cafe , to the Adopt-a-Veteran Initiative with the James A . Haley Hospital , to Feeding Tampa Bay , A Kid ’ s Place , and other non-profits , the Committee serves as more than a “ committee ” but as a team where Together Everyone Achieves More ( TEAM ). n
