Greenlee, who founded her own commercial litigation
firm in 2014 after spending 12 years in private practice,
talked about how she knew few people in the legal
community when she first took a job in Tampa years ago,
and how much she appreciated all the support she has
gotten from her colleagues since then.
Greenlee earned her bachelor’s degree from the
University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from
Emory University School of Law.
Greenlee currently is a Thirteenth Judicial Circuit
representative on The Florida Bar Board of Governors,
and she served as 2012-13 president of The Florida Bar
Young Lawyers Division. She also has served on the
board of The Florida Bar Foundation.
In her remarks, Greenlee also talked about the
HCBA’s introduction of a new Government Lawyers
Section that will be dedicated to helping lawyers working
in the public sector, and also a new Technology Section,
which will explore the ever-changing issues involving
technology and the law.
Additionally, she talked about the outstanding
relationship the HCBA enjoys with the judges of the
Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, and she said she looks
forward to working with the judges this year.
During the virtual ceremony, the HCBA also installed
its 2020-21 officers and directors. They are Presidentelect
Cory Person; Immediate Past President Grace
Yang; Secretary Scott Stigall; and Treasurer Amanda
Porupski. The new HCBA directors are Alex Caballero;
Christine Derr; Matthew Hall; Vivian Cortes Hodz;
Traci Koster; Anthony Martino; Jacqueline Simms
Petredis; Morgan Streetman; Amanda Uliano; and

The new HCBA YLD president, Traci Koster, was
also sworn in along with the new 2020-21 YLD board
of directors.
