Dennis Huff
Dennis Huff favors the traditional realism style and has studied the techniques of the Old
Masters. His favorite artists include William Bouguereau, Johannes Vermeer, and the more
contemporary artists Drew Struzan and Alex Ross.
Huff’s medium of choice is oil painting, he has recently been experimenting with conte
and gouache in a more relaxed style and often with bold contrasts while still striving for a
look of realism.
Although his medium of choice is oil, he has been experimenting with digital rendering on
both the iPad and Windows tablets.
