The challenge with “There ought to be a law”
is that it restricts things in many ways on all of
us in our businesses. Because over fifty percent
of my business is related to doing work for the
government, government contracts, there’s plenty
of laws for that. What we’ve found, however,
is that not all laws are bad. But, many of the
laws that get put in place need to start with the
consumer in mind and they don’t necessarily
always do.
HABC: How do you see civic involvement
impacting the business community of
