Honour roll to
be unveiled
Those 128 men
from the Riverstone
district who served
their country in the
Great War, the War to
End All Wars - World
War 1, were honoured
by having their names
inscribed onto an
honour roll which was
unveiled at Riverstone
Railway Station on
October 28, 1918.
The honour roll
stood proudly in
the public waiting
room at the station
until it mysteriously
disappeared around
1980.
