Expo offers Paws for thought! by Greg Martin

If you are a dog lover – and honestly, who isn’ t – you would be barking mad not to bring yourself and your canine companion to the inaugural Puppy and Paws Expo at Richmond Park on 24 May. Organiser Bianca Santucci knows a thing or two( or a thousand!) about man’ s – and woman’ s – best friend, and she has left no detail overlooked to ensure the expo provides plenty of information and entertainment for both owners and their pooches.

To say Bianca has an affinity for dogs is like saying Rin Tin Tin( ask your grandparents!) adored his young companion, Rusty!
Bianca runs Barking with Bianca, offering a wide range of dog services including pet care, doggie day care, dog walking, and training. She has poured all her knowledge into making sure there is something for everyone at the Puppy and Paws Expo.
Thirteen stallholders will be on site, offering information and goodies for our four-legged friends and their two-legged

Among them will be RuffTrack, which uses dogs to support youth mental health; Pat and Fur, providing pet cremations and counselling services at South Windsor; SASH( Small Animal Specialist Hospital); and WIRES, Australia’ s largest wildlife rescue organisation. Also attending will be Pippy and Friends Bunny Therapy – after all, rabbits have paws too!

Admission to the Puppy and Paws Expo is free, and the event runs from 9am to 2pm. Doggone it – don’ t miss this entertaining and informative day out!
