Hawkesbury Mayor , Sarah McMahon p21 , outlines the repairs and infrastructure improvements , which includes Richmond Bridge , Bells Line of Road and St Albans Road to name a few . All these improvements will make a massive difference to living and working in the Hawkesbury .
