Women with Altitude

Larissa , Mary and Stephanie were all winners of Women with Altitude awards for their work in the local community .

Women with Altitude are local groups of women who meet up on a regular basis to support women in business . It has grown to provide local chapters for business women to help them connect , feel empowered and elevate their business and they are a welcoming group of women .
Just before Christmas three local women were acknowledged for their hard work in our community through providing support for parents , women and businesses to help them with their own growth and development . Each woman comes from a very different business , but they all share a common goal , to give back .
Mary Growth was given the Brave Award for her work in her business , the Growth Collective Hub , which is provides bespoke coaching for businesses and one to one therapy and coaching for high performing individuals , especially women , to ensure they get the best from themselves and their employees . Mary is also one of the Leaders of the Blacktown Chapter of Women with Altitude , who meet up the last Tuesday of the month from 9.45 – 11.30 am .
Larissa Wright received the Community Connector Award , which is given to women who embrace the value of networking and forming connections within the community . Larissa is a massage therapist who runs The Wholistic Wellness Hub which focuses on women ’ s wellbeing as well as managing a Facebook group ‘ Kick Ass Parents of Kids with Special needs ’ which focuses on support for parents in the Hills District .
Last , but not least , Stephanie Pinto was honoured with the Purpose Driven Award , which recognises women who are promoting appositive change in their communities . Stephanie is a coach , international speaker and has a bestselling book called From Chaos to Connection , helping parents develop better relationships with their children . She also has a Facebook group called ‘ Let ’ s Raise Emotionally Intelligent Kids ’ which has over 110,000 members !
Larissa and Stephanie are the leaders of the Hills / Parramatta chapter of the Women with Altitude group , who meet up on the 3 rd Friday of the month from 10 am to 11.45 in Northmead .
As well as being successful business women in their own rights , all of the above women are active members of the Women with Altitude networking chapters helping other women in business reach their potential through networking nights , workshops and online groups to discuss topics .
