Anzac Day on 25 April is always an important national event that honours the sacrifices made by our servicemen and those that are still serving . The Richmond RSL Sub-branch organise a range of events and welcome all to its moving , ceremonial remembrance celebrations , p19 .
No sitting on the couch this month ! Our beloved Hawkesbury Show is on April 28,29,30 . This wellloved family event is in its 151st year , and its popularity continues to soar . Music , food , shows and competitions will be there for the taking . Details on p29 .
The Kurrajong-Comleroy Historical Society are running its popular Pansy Line Tour on Saturday 29th April . You can explore the remnants of the Richmond
HDI to Kurrajong Railway which ran between 1926-1952 ; much of this track is now on private property , p27 .
Two new exhibitions are opening at Hawkesbury Regional Gallery , Escape Artists and The Inner Worlds which celebrate the creativity and imaginations of local artists , p28 .
Pitt Town residents and customers of Pitt Town Post Office will be delighted with the article on p13 . Kevin and Marilyn Delarue ’ s 15 years of service have come to an end .
