Family and community connections
Provides support for vulnerable individuals and families , emergency relief , child and youth programs , case work and referrals to services including housing , gambling support , financial management , counselling etc .
Services range from direct client based activity , group activities and community events . We pride ourselves on having a holistic approach to service delivery and ensuring equity and access to all . We offer family , child and youth programs , community events , emergency relief , training and information and casework . Ageing , disability and wellness Provides social support services and activities to assist and enhance the health and wellbeing of older people , people with disabilities and carers to remain independent and connected to their community . The home visits aim to reduce the isolation and loneliness felt by some of our elderly and those less able to socialise outside of their home .
We have wonderful volunteers to provide medical transport and to take you shopping .
We offer home visits , social groups , shopping and medical transport , advocacy and referrals .
