Richmond Park service
Richmond RSL Sub-Branch will commemorate ANZAC Day 2022 with a dawn service to be held at the Richmond War Memorial , Richmond Park , from 5:00am on Monday , 25 April .
It will feature the traditional Catafalque Party , keynote addresses and the laying of veteran and community wreaths .
Covered seating will be available for dignitaries , veterans and older family members , who should arrive no later than 4:40am . Local community members are most welcome to participate in the ceremony , ensuring that they follow current COVID-19 restrictions . The wearing of face masks is optional .
Richmond RSL Sub-Branch welcomes the many veteran and community groups who , each year , participate in this commemoration and who lay wreaths to honour our veterans . Local families and individuals are invited to lay private wreaths in honour of family members who have served or are serving .

The Richmond Lions Club will , for a gold coin donation , provide community members with a breakfast following the official Dawn Service , from the Richmond Park car park .
The Sub-Branch will also be participating in an ANZAC Day church service at St Andrew ’ s Uniting Church , West Market Street , Richmond , from 10:00am on Sunday 24 April .
