Mill Creek “Reflection” Winners
The Mill Creek Department of Art and Design is proud to announce the school
level winners for the PTSA Reflections Competition 2013. This year's theme was
"Believe, Dream, Inspire" and students were challenged to address this theme in a
visual artwork or photograph. The first and second place winners advance to the
county level competition. Congratulations to these artists!
